Map info
No! Maps appear to be Raised Relief Maps or 3D printed due a technique that tries to give through lights and shadows relief to the ground (Shaded Relief). They are flat to touch and printed on paper
Text on the map can be difficult to read, for several reasons. Technique used to create 3D effect can covering some of the text and also due font size. In particular it can be hard to read maps' legend with small print size, it will be visible but a magnifying glass might be needed to read the legend text. So if you want to be able to read text we recommend to order a larger print to ensure a better readability
Maps are to be considered as piece of art and art decor and not as technical map. This means that the colors may vary significantly from the original and text may not be fully legible
Shipment information, shipment costs and delivery times
Standard shipment cost are free for all Countries
Standard delivery times are 3-8 business for UK. 5-10 business day for European countries and USA. 10-15 business day for the Rest of the World. If you want to be sure about delivery times for your address, please contact us
If your Country is not included in our delivery profile, please contact us to know if we can dispatch to your address and to get more information about shipment cost and delivery time
It is possible that there are customs duties to pay on orders that have to reach some European Countries. To be sure if your order is affected by custom duties, please contact us. In any case buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs
Yes, it is possible. You can upgrade yourself the shipment from Standard to Express at checkout. In this case there are extra shipping costs. If you need even faster shipping, please contact us and we will see what solution we can offer you
The extra cost for Express shipping ranges from 15€ to 40€ according to Country. Express shipping for framed prints are different. Check the Shipping Policy page for details. Standard shipping is always free
Costs vary according to the Country. For Europe is 20€. For Australia is 30€. For North America is 35€. For Rest of the World is 40€. Returns & Exchanges
Please check your package before accept it in presence of the deliveryperson. If you find damages to the print, take some photos to documenting package and damages. Contact us and attach photos to start the process of replacement. In case prints need to be shipped back, please keep original packaging (if not damaged) or equivalent
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations for all customers, not only for European customers
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery
We guarante the cancellation within 1 hour of purchase, but get in touch with us anyway, maybe we can help to satisfy your requests also if you are beyond timeframe
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Custom map and personalised orders
We accept custom orders and you will be able to choose details like: region of interest, type of map, color, size and material. Custom prints do take a little extra time to be created, so the price is higher (we can be sure about price increase only with your details). Also if you choose some particular material or large size print it can be apply extra shipment cost. Contact us to know more info and place your custom order!
Yes, customization cost start from 100€. If you want to know the actual price you need to get in touch with us to discuss details of your requests
Yes, you can ask us for a particular dimension, paper or material, also with an existing listing, not only for a custom order. Reach us with a private message and we can set up a private listing with your specific requests
